History

The Liberty Lake Community Theatre was started in March of 2008 by Jennifer Ophardt.  She wanted to bring the dramatic arts into the community for her family and friends to enjoy.  After holding a few meetings she quickly learned that the community was also interested.  The first summer was filled with fundraising and face-painting.  The first Board of Directors included: Jennifer Ophardt (President), Tracy Cavanagh (Secretary), Sarah Alliman (Chairman), and Matt Ophardt (Treasurer). The group filed for non-profit status and became incorporated in December of 2008.
