JAN 2016 Meeting Recap

January 19, 2016 at 10:29 AM

Wednesday was our first meeting of 2016, and boy, was a lot discussed! Here is a brief recap highlighting some things we want to share with you!  Our Board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, and the public portion of the meeting lasts from 5:30 to 6:00.

  • Thank you to Steve and Charmaine Peterson!  With their hard work, time and dedication we raised over $2,000 from the Luminary fundraiser. We thank you so much for your support. We hope you enjoyed the luminaries around your neighborhood over the holidays.
  • We are accepting applications for a board position! Ok, so applications aren't really necessary, but it's true that our Box Office Coordinator, Charlotte DiCicco, has already served more than her term. She says she loves being at the theatre so much that she usually schedules herself to help with concessions.  That's just one of the perks! For a complete description of the position responsibilities please  Click Here.  If you want to volunteer at a show, please Email Us!
  • We are remodeling our lobby! Our Facility Coordinators, Rick Pentland and Brian Bergman, have been busy modifying the stage and auditorium with much support from Parr Lumber Company.  Come check out the new changes to take place in February.
  • All work and no play, makes for a rather informative and business-like email.  Fortunately for you, we are also announcing two brand new FUN events that will be featured at the Liberty Lake Theatre! See below for more information.
